The State of the Delaware Valley Region

The Delaware Valley is the nine counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey surrounding Philadelphia.    While not inclusive of the entire Delaware Watershed, it is representative of the major population area in the region.   Ralph Copleman and Andy Smith produced the presentation available here for the Earth Charter Summit in Philadelphia on September 28, 2002 .  Click on the link below to download the Power Point presentation.
